The Walt Disney Concert Hall is situated on South Grand Avenue, in DownTown, Los Angeles. This building, designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry, was opened on October 23th, 2003. It is the fourth hall of Los Angeles Philarmonic Orchestra and has 2265 seating. The construction of this building was started in 1991, but was stopped from 1994 to 1996 for lack of money. At first should be in stone bur for these problems, in the end, was in steel. In 2004 there were problems with the reflection, but in 2005 were resolved with a slight sanding. The widow of Walt Disney, Lilian Disney, had the idea of this hall.
