The animated history of Pixar
Pixar is an animation studio that has released many popular movies in the last twenty years, like: TOY STORY, CARS, UP AND THE INCREDIBLE. It started as a computer company that sold powerful computers. Then they decided to make animation videos to show off the power of their computers. In the 1990s, Disney asked Pixar to produce three animations films. One of these films was the movie TOY STORY. It was a huge success and made $316 million worldwide. From that point Pixar became an animation studio. Then, making TOY STORY 2 Pixar and Disney had some disagreements. To put an end to these quarrels was Disney's President because he decided to buy the company.

Carnival Day💥.
Carnival is a worldwide phenomenon, an outburst of tradition and joy that engulfs locals. It flourishes in New Orleans and other places that have strong Catholic or Orthodox religious traditions.
VENICE:
Venice Carnival is one of Europe’s most extravagant, elegant events. There may be much fancy dress and the suggestion of wild private parties but being Venice, it’s really all very civilized. Well, as far as we know - we've never been invited. Get your hands on a ticket for mega masked ball, the Gran Ballo delle Maschere.
RIO DE JANIERO CARNIVAL:
The mother of all Carnivals and an absolute bucket list must-do, at least, once in a lifetime. Pretty-crazy-anyway Rio becomes a riotous city of samba, colours, heat, flesh and lots of fun. The most colourful costumes and the best dance moves go on display at the massive parade at the Sambodromo, in which the city’s samba schools compete and show their skills.
VIAREGGIO CARNIVAL:
Along with Venice, the Carnevale di Viareggio is one of Italy’s two major carnivals. This normally-not-quite-so-crazy Tuscan seaside resort hosts a million spectators who flock to see parades of giant papier-maché floats up to 20 metres high, from fire-breathing dragons to politicians...

The history of Pancake😋.
Pancake day, or Shrove Tuesday, is a special day celebrated in many countries around the world. On this day is always on a Tuesday in Febrary or March. It is the day before Ash Wednesday, the start of Lent. Lent is a period of 40 days before Easter, where people, often, stop eating things that are bad for them like chocolate or fast food. At the end of Lent is Easter. Easter each year has different date because it depends on the moon. Traditionally, during Lent, people didn't eat rich foods like butter and eggs, so they made pancakes with these ingredients. Another tradition of Pancake day, in the UK, is pancake racing. The first pancake racing is dated 1445 in the town of Olney. The racing consists in throw the pancake in the air and catch it in the pan for several times, and the competitors must wear an apron and a hat or scarf.😍

With Money....
Media Literacy
In this ads there is a muffin created with clothes. And there is the writing:"DON'T LET YOUR CLOTHES TURN INTO FOOD FOR MOTHS. DONATE". The meaning of this sentence is: don't let your old clothes in the wardrobe because there are people that need it. Donate. The colors in the picture are: red, pink, white, and brown. The objective of this ads is convince you to donate old clothes. I think that the meaning of this picture is very fantastic, because it is for a good cause: help homeless!!
New year traditions around the world.
In the United Kingdom, they believe that the first guest for the year would bring fortune for them. He should be a male, should enter through the front door and bear some traditional gifts like loaf for the kitchen, drink for the head of the family and coal to light the fire, otherwise he is not allowed. They believe that these bring good luck throughout the year.
